Monounsaturated fats are found in olive oil, nuts, and avocados, while polyunsaturated fats are found in fish, vegetable oils, and nuts. Blood pressure readings consist of two measurements: the systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Normal blood pressure is when your readings for systolic/diastolic are below 130/85. The so-called upper end of normal is 130-139/85-89. Your doctor may provide alternate targets depending on past medical history and family history.
